By accessing or using PictoFleet (pictofleet.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each person is limited to one account. PictoFleet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account settings. PictoFleet reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used. Contact our support team for refund requests.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on PictoFleet, including but not limited to images, PSD files, PNGs, wallpapers, vectors, and design resources, is the exclusive property of PictoFleet. We grant you a license to use downloaded content as follows:

• Free Downloads: Personal use only. Attribution to PictoFleet is required.

• Starter/Premium Downloads: Commercial use allowed. No attribution required.

• Enterprise Downloads: Full commercial license. Resale and white-label use permitted.

You may NOT resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim ownership of any content downloaded from PictoFleet, regardless of your subscription tier, unless explicitly permitted by your Enterprise license.

6. Acceptable Use

When using PictoFleet, you agree NOT to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share downloaded files with third parties

• Use our content for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes

• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code

• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or automate downloads from our website

• Use our content to create competing stock image platforms

• Misrepresent ownership or authorship of our content

7. Limitation of Liability

PictoFleet provides all content and services on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the suitability, quality, or fitness of our content for any particular purpose. PictoFleet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Account Termination

PictoFleet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service. Users may delete their account at any time. Upon termination, your license to use downloaded content remains valid for content downloaded prior to termination, subject to the license terms applicable to your subscription tier.

9. Changes to Terms
